Operating systems apply a display scale factor (Device Pixel Ratio / DPR) to high-density 4K displays (e.g. 200% scaling). The browser's CSS viewport reads 1920x1080, but multiplied by a DPR of 2.0, your physical hardware renders 3840x2160 pixels.

What is the difference between Screen Size, Viewport, and Resolution?
